Great story Alex Randall shared about his love with San Francisco. This is my most favorite episode of this podcast followed by the Mr. Boston episode. Enjoyable mix of new and old stories about the greatest city. As all are ‘linked’ by public transportation, this is a wonderfully diverse podcast.
I used to go to the live shows often when I lived in SF. I live abroad now and I’m so pleased to be able to get an SF fix. The tone of the host seems off though. It almost sounds stereotypically public radio-esque but this is storytelling. The host doesn’t need to have that whispering public radio thing. Either way, I’m so pleased to have found this podcast.
