Munch My Benson, the seminal SVU podcast, is the twisted spawn of co-hosts Adam Schwitters and Josh Duggan, celebrating the splendid and often wildly inappropriate lunacy found only on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Each week The Randomizer spits out a new episode, and they dive deep into the heinous murk before rating it in terms of overall quality, guest star performances, the degree to whic... more

Great recaps and interesting facts about the cast and the real world events that inspire the eps. I really appreciate J&A’s deep knowledge and passion for film. I love when a podcast is hosted by people who genuinely get along and have great banter. Super professional, as the guys say :)
It's a Law & Order lover's must listen
I love this show and it’s my favorite of the SVU-related podcasts — it deserves a bigger audience although I selfishly love the in-crowd feel it has. Josh and Adam are very funny and I love their in depth explorations of relevant topics and their off topic diversions. I look forward to each new episode every week! 😊
I should have given them a review awhile ago but I caught a SVU Baby Noah episode and had to leave all media for a few months. But now I'm back and I can tell you to definitely give this show a listen.Just hit random and enjoy.
Look, there take and talk is slow but can be interesting about SVU.
But I unsubscribed today when they spent several minutes just railing against the Democratic Party. Not even in context they just seem to clutch at any excuse to be a social Special Victim.
I'm here to listen about the shows, not the increasingly cringeworthy takes on society and surface-level political views. I did find them via Kevin Flynn's "These are there stories" another broader and superior L&O podcast and I enjoyed M... more

Two longtime SVU enthusiasts dissect episodes with a irreverent, banter-heavy style that blends detailed episode analysis with pop culture tangents. They rate each pick on overall quality, guest performances, how problematic the content is, and the lives ruined by the story, all while riffing on production decisions and real-world parallels. Unique knobs include a relentless sense of humor, spontaneous tangents, and a willingness to tackle difficult material with a light touch. The format is accessible to casual fans and die-hards alike, especially those who enjoy deep dives paired with witty critique and a non-linear episode order driven by a randomizer.
