Loved the podcast when Ashley James was the host, listened to it again a couple of times recently and now just find it annoying (sorry 😬)
I know this women…. She is not just at the gym for 1 hour…. She’s there everyday for hours and not during school hours. She does not prioritise her family. You are all being fooled and she IS a total fake.
I loved this podcast but it’s really missing Ashley James now. Please bring her back!
A fantastic podcast. I love how Ashley is so honest and shares her story. Fabulous guests too. Emma Dietitian with a Difference
