Supporting Mental Health in the Salesforce Community
Q: Can you share how you first got involved with the Trailblazer Community and what fueled your motivation to talk about mental health?
I found the Trailblazer Community during the pandemic and realized I had a story that could help others. By sharing my experiences with bipolar disorder and Salesforce, I saw people rally around the message and wanted to create a space—an ongoing user group—to keep these conversations alive and make mental health a normal part of our professional lives.

Q: What are you doing now, John, since that big story at Camping World and your next steps?
He explains he retired from Camping World but stayed active in the field, joining Alternative Solutions to lead CRM consulting and continue working with Salesforce and other CRM platforms, including projects with Microsoft Dynamics.
