这期播客录制的地方在清迈小乡村的一个寺院里，离我们住的地方步行大约十几分钟。
每天清晨，我们吃完早餐，会步行到寺院的大殿冥想。
出门的时间不固定，小白都会在门口等我们，把我们送到寺院的一个路口，然后它再走回家。
寺院里有很多只可爱的小狗，第一次进入寺院的时候，它们集体叫着向我们跑来，围绕在身边。
义工师兄们打扫的时候，小狗们也可以自在地在大殿里跑来跑去。
大殿里一直循环播放着唱诵的音乐，很平静很安宁。
感恩有这样的因缘可以在大殿录制这期播客，伴随着唱诵和大殿外小鸟的叫声。

感恩有机会再次回到泰国梅村参加 Holiday Retreat。
2025 年的最后一天晚上，我们在一行禅师的寮房门口，即兴录下了这期播客。
晚上的月光很亮，寮房前荷花池里的青蛙师兄们唱着录完了整期播客。
