最近在看 Ṭhānissaro Bhikkhu 的一些著作，发现有一本泰译英的小册子，书名叫做《Gifts he left behind 》，内容阅读了非常受启发，也觉得很熟悉。
再仔细去查阅，发现原来就是很早之前在静虑林的网站上看过的一本繁体中译的书，书名是《法语微言》。
这本书记录了隆普敦长老生前的一些问答和教言。
两次读都深受感动，有阅读禅宗公案直指人心般的醍醐灌顶，也有像在聆听隆波帕默尊者开示时的那种慈爱悲悯。也很感恩可以和大家分享。

这一期很特别，因为我们用上了 Cen 的爸爸留下来的两只麦克风。
所以，音色和音量可能都会和之前有一些不一样。
Cen 说，它们都已经有三十岁了。
因为一开始有很强的电流音，排查和测试下来，从天亮到天黑，我们好像在房间里，完成了一期播客马拉松。
等设备都调试的差不多了，我们坐下来，我问 Cen，最近有没有印象深刻的事情？

阿赞耀老师说：“放松是一种技巧，是一种能力，也是一种疗愈。
我们身体有很多的僵硬、瘀堵、结节，都是因为不够松；我们的思想也是一样，很多的昏沉、躁动，头脑的沉重感、紧绷感，都是因为不够松；我们的情绪也是一样，很多贪、嗔、喜欢、不喜欢，都是因为松不开。”
因为太想松开而松不开，因为不喜欢而一直在抵抗，如果我们不能真实不带抗拒地直接地看到这些现象，放松很难发生。当我们和五蕴产生交互和抓取的时候，紧绷感、沉重感会逐渐发生。
