我们并不是在追求一种刻意营造出来的修行生活，也不认为修行必须发生在理想的环境之中。
但同时，我们也知道环境和人，对我们来说是重要的。

一次我们两个很日常的闲聊，闲聊了一些关于创作，关于艺术，关于觉知在生活中练习的体验。
因缘来自于上周休息，Rio手搓了一个倒数日的小程序。记得那天她特别兴奋地和我说，搓出来了！
前几天她给我看了小程序的开发和修改记录，每天都发现问题，认真地记录下来，等到有空了再进行修改。她真的是一个很优秀的产品经理。
但当时心里特别感慨，今年给她创作的时间太少了。但即便在这样的条件下，我们也都在创作，在修习，没有放弃做功课，在学习平衡和取舍。

对我来说，奢摩他是每天都需要练习的内容。
无论形式、时间长短，也无论当下是否“做得好”。
当我们听到很多义理之后，真正重要的不是理解，而是进入练习本身。
因为很多通过听闻与思考获得的认识，只有在练习中才会转化成真实的经验。
所以，这期播客更像是一个提醒：先开始。
在不断开始的过程中，理解才会发生变化，体验才会逐渐展开。
