当我们真正开始进行实践练习的时候，基于过去每个人的经验，可能会困惑变多，或是困惑变少。如果进一步观察这些「困惑」，而不参与「困惑」时，会发现「困惑」的共性。最终我们会发现困惑不过就是困惑，和其他的想法一样，除非我们特别要参与以及重视它们，否则困惑本身并没有什么特别的地方。

帕秋仁波切说，尊严并非一种短暂的心理状态，而是一种坚定不移的信任。
这种信任会成为我们面对人生起伏的护盾，让我们能清晰地看待境遇，安住于尊严之中，
我们不会被不确定于自我怀疑所吞噬。我们能够在此之中，看见自己的错误，并修正它。
如果我们缺乏尊严，就会开始认为「自己的本性并不好」。
当我们受困于粘性思维之中的时候，也就是当我们的情绪被困入了概念之中。感受与情绪在不断变化，由于心的粘性，我们误把它们当成了永恒。这种误会，让我们倾向于执着喜欢的事情，回避不喜欢的事情，开始进入狭窄、局限，害怕失... more
「我知道暴力行为是由愤怒、恐惧、贪婪和缺乏包容所致，源于二元思想和分别心。我愿修习对任何观点、主张和见解保持开放、不歧视和不执着的态度，借以转化内心和世界上的暴力、盲从和对教条的执着。」
当我们深观的时候，会看见暴力行为不仅仅是身体上，而是浸染在我们的思想里，在我们的念头里。
