一直以来，都深深地感恩着生命中能够与 Rio 相遇。
她给予了我很多很多「真实」的空间，也让我体验到，当自己不再隐藏、不再修饰自己，只是如实地呈现此刻的自己，原来是一件如此轻松的事情。
在我们两个人之间，对于「直接」的理解是：心里最初升起的是什么，就如实地表达什么，而不需要经过层层考虑。
虽然刚开始在一起的时候，我们还没有进入修行的道路，但回头看，似乎许多相处的过程，都成为了觉察自己的练习。
就在这样简单、直接的相处中，我开始慢慢看见自己的心。

如果用社会定义下的生活节奏来描述我们的生活，我们在过的生活并不是一种「慢生活」。
我们具有一些特质，比如：高效、迅速、干练、果决、不拖沓、明确、勇敢和开放。做什么都很快，无论在哪里、无论在做什么，无论是创作还是生活。
如果从修行的角度来描述我们的生活，我们一直在练习把修行带入普通生活，并透过生活本身来修行。
修行的重点是练习真实、自然和觉知。
我们并不是在追求一种刻意营造出来的修行生活，也不认为修行必须发生在理想的环境之中。
但同时，我们也知道环境和人，对我们来说是重要的。

一次我们两个很日常的闲聊，闲聊了一些关于创作，关于艺术，关于觉知在生活中练习的体验。
因缘来自于上周休息，Rio手搓了一个倒数日的小程序。记得那天她特别兴奋地和我说，搓出来了！
前几天她给我看了小程序的开发和修改记录，每天都发现问题，认真地记录下来，等到有空了再进行修改。她真的是一个很优秀的产品经理。
但当时心里特别感慨，今年给她创作的时间太少了。但即便在这样的条件下，我们也都在创作，在修习，没有放弃做功课，在学习平衡和取舍。
