びわ湖マラソン前日の高いテンションのままダーッと話しています。

今回はサブ３を目指しているびわ湖マラソンまで残すところ１週間ということで、２週間前の練習の振り返りです！
病み上がりということで正直満足には走れていません。
そんな葛藤とそれでも前を向いて大会まで残りを走り抜ける！そんな内容です。

サブ３を目指すびわ湖マラソンまで後２週間になりました。
恒例の一週間の練習記録を話すつもりが、題名にもあるように息子と共にダウンしていました。

我が家には息子がいます。早いもので生まれて２年が経ちました。
そこで出てくる話が、「二人目問題」です。

・ピッチが上がった走法

また、日曜日2月8日には妻の10kmも応援で、バレンタインラブランに行きました。
