最近ポッドキャストを知ってダウンロードしました。ジョギングのチャンネルは他にもありますが何となくこのチャンネルを聴いてみたら、番組のBGM、怜さんの声が聴きやすくてトレーニング中以外でも通勤前、帰宅時、〇〇しながらでも聴いてられます。BGMとして聴いても癒し効果あるかも。是非、聴いてみて下さい！
