Is this the same official aftershow of Mr. Robot that was on YouTube immediately following a new episode of Mr robot last season?
I guess they dropped their Mr. Robot coverage in the final season? There have been no casts since the Season 4 premiere and no word??
Afterbuzz either doesn't give two squirts about Mr. Robot, or they just have very low standards. Not only do the hosts lack focus, I'm convinced they don't actually watch the show. All they do is interpret users theories from Reddit and their chat feed.
Love seeing the that there is a podcast waiting to listen to the next morning. Afterbuzz has a wide range of shows and a good group of host. Even the ones that might not connect with you right way will grow on you because these are people there because they are fans of the shows they are hosting.
I'm glad stef z is gone, she was the worst part of season 1.
The audio quality is pretty bad on most of these podcasts. I have to turn the volume all the way up and can still barely hear it.
When the girl who plays Angela was in studio I couldn't hear a word she said.
Sorry guys. I gave it a shot, but I couldn't get over the overused drawn out dramatic phrases and off the wall theories that aren't at least related to the show's reality. Seems most of the theories seem pulled out of thin air just to create talking points, when there's plenty of nuances in the actual show you glaze right over. I'm sure you guys are trying... just looking for more meat about the show and less "oh my god, totally!!" or "you're right, that's sooooooo true!". I can get that at Taco... more
I enjoy a few afterbuzz shows. Mr. Robot being one of my favourite. Mr. Robot is the perfect show for this after show concept since everyone has different interpretations and predictions. And since I don't know anyone in real life who watches this show afterbuzz is cool to get other people's interpretations
Love, love, LOVE your reviews and discussions! Thank you for your passion, your insights and for making what is already a complex and multi-faceted tv show, even more interesting! You guys are my 'go to' recappers after I watch each episode. Keep up the great work !
Can't get enough of Mr Robot, so glad there's a great after show to go with it. The panel is great this season. It's really helpful to have the discussion after the crazy episodes.
Enjoyable, keep up the good work on mr. robot
I love Afterbuzz TV and they pretty much have an after show for all the shows I watch.
All their other after shows try and go scene (or at least the biggest scenes) and discuss. Some prefer to even go by characters. However this after show decides to go all over the place. It's hard to follow the conversation if you're jumping all over the place.
There have been times I wanted to yell "please can we please move on from the whole "who's not real" theories". I get it as it's a running thread o... more
Great to hear such an in depth podcast with people who love the show (as much as I do).
The only reason to listen to this podcast is because there's not a lot of Mr. Robot podcast's. The hosts ramble and aren't organized. Should of known when it said Afterbuzz, they're all about QUANTITY and not quality.
Good hosts. Good discussion. 'Nuff said.
Great discussions of each episode that I look forward to listening to after I see each episode myself. Lots happens in the show & the conversation is able to touch on all items without beating any into the ground or giving others short thrift. Best Mr Robot podcast I've been able to find. Thank you to those who put on this podcast.
