Jason Mantzoukas is really onto something. He values the element of surprise in characters and embraces the unexpected in general! He may be discussing movies but he is also pretty good at inspiring a person to really play the messy game of life, no matter the cost.
I’m very interested in knowing what movies inspire which performers and creators so this is an excellent podcast for that. I do wish the episodes came out faster which is a good problem. I think 3 movies in less than an hour is hard to cover but this does it fairly well all things considered. Keep up the good work.
They had to change their name because this is the exact same concept as The Movies That Made me podcast with Joe Dante and Josh Olsen. A far better podcast to which this one pales in comparison. Truly shameless and boring 👎
the talking sounds monotonous. I can't seem to finish listening to the whole episode. I got bored quickly.
I came here to listen about movies and instead I got a mouthful of hard left wing politics from the guest. more
