    When I first became a single mum I would spend every harrowing kid-free evening walking along the beach at sunset. All I wanted was to listen to podcasts on divorce/ separation… I wanted to know I wasn’t alone. That others had felt this excruciating pain. That others had survived! I listened to them on double speed so I could get through as much content as possible.
