Giving David C. Kaufman a platform to spread misinformation about DEI practices (ie, universities having more DEI admin. than professors) and right wing Zionist/Trump apologist drivel is offensive to listeners with even half a brain.
Fact check your guests or don’t even bother with pretending to have any journalistic credibility.
but i dont see how.
Interesting topics, but savaged by such extreme editing (every pause for breath, or moment of silence is cut out). The result is not relaxing listening.
I very much enjoy the podcast each week but I wish you wouldn't use such extreme noise-gating on the voices of the guests. I find it so distracting that I wind up focusing on the unnatural effect of it rather than what the guests are saying- it almost sounds like an AI generated voice sometimes. It's really unnecessary and it is never applied to the hosts voices.. just wanted to raise this! Thanks :)
I love Vanity Fair, so I decide to give this podcast a try. I just find it pretentious, overly casual and honestly sometimes I’ve no idea what they’re even talking about. During this episode, they were discussing how the Gen z sexual experience is “disembodied “– OK you have officially lost me. I will stick to the print edition.
