2537: Sanity In the Storm with Andelina "Storm" Grossi
Q: How did you approach writing the book—was it for yourself or for others?
Initially I targeted it toward others, to provide faith-based coping mechanisms and psychological tools, but it also ended up healing me and becoming a resource that I could use to help many people.
2537: Sanity In the Storm with Andelina "Storm" Grossi
Q: Tell us a little bit about your personal life and what motivated you to write the book.
I grew up with OCD and anxiety, lost my grandpa early, and saw how mental health struggles can flare into depression. Writing the book came from wanting to show there are other options and to share a path through what I've learned, so others don't feel alone.
2534: Your Longevity Journey with Mike Linares
Q: Where can people learn more and engage with your work?
People can learn more at LongevityFarms.shop and follow us on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms under LongevityFarms. For nursing-focused resources, Simple Nursing is the hub. We also share long-form educational content to help people understand the science behind aging and longevity.
2534: Your Longevity Journey with Mike Linares
Q: Walk me through the client journey when someone engages with LongevityFarms.
Clients typically start by recognizing age-related changes and a decline in NAD, then move toward a structured plan that emphasizes foundational habits like sleep, fasting, and circadian rhythm optimization. We offer NAD-based options, a rotating set of evidence-backed supplements, and education that scales—from simple habits to more advanced protocols—while maintaining a personalized approach. The journey is designed to be accessible, with clear steps and ongoing support.
2534: Your Longevity Journey with Mike Linares
Q: Tell us a little bit about your personal life, some more about your work and why you do what you do.
I started in the ambulance in Los Angeles, moved into nursing, and built a big YouTube presence to educate nurses. My curiosity about how the body works led me to functional medicine, peptides, NAD, and a host of longevity tools. I launched LongevityFarms as a way to translate all this knowledge into practical, actionable steps for people who want to improve daily well-being, and I'm continually learning from mentors and the wider longevity community.
