The advice that comes with this podcast is life changing! I’ve learnt techniques that have boosted my confidence no end. I have bought books that Tracey has recommended and they have also really helped. I’m single with very low self esteem but now feel more than ready to meet someone and I’m excited not nervous thanks completely to this podcast. Please consider longer podcasts though. We want more. 🤩
