沒想到這麼快就來到了第三季的最後一集。
這幾個月和聽眾朋友一起找到嫉妒、焦慮、孤獨、無奈..等情緒後，我們要用《蛤蟆先生去看心理師》這本書作為禮物，讓大家知道，為自己的情緒負責還能做些什麼呢？

聽完蛤蟆先生這一集，覺得這個節目非常有內容，有邏輯地拆解書本讓聽眾朋友簡單理解！並且三位主持人完美的示範了「知行合一」，將專業與個人親身經驗的心路歷程結合起來分享，是段很有啟發的談話，也讓我覺察到我在幾次類似的「痛」，是否可以轉換成人狀態，為自己負責任。

2022年的我沒休息過…離婚 確診 交新男朋友 意外懷孕 人工流產 荷爾蒙變化引起的情緒低落,,最後還得了紅斑狼瘡時突然分手了. 分手分得讓我措手不及 更要面對疾病的突襲. 在患病的初期,,每天都不知道第二天能不能醒過來,,不是心膜發炎就是心悸. 醫師的診斷是可以靠調理把免疫系統調回來就不用一輩子吃藥. 過程中身體的不適讓我好想放棄,,更別說當初的深愛承諾未來規劃的破滅. 這種孤單 這種折磨,,我常問”嘿 為什麼當事人不在”.
10天後,,他回來了 沒有復合 他說願意陪我照顧我渡過最重要的3個月.
上帝給我更大的挑戰是我的重鬱症. 雖然有看醫生，但他說他接不了我的情緒. 他就突然離開了.
這條路…我還是一個人走著.
