  • Love that voice !!!

Thank you for that voice it really does help put me to sleep.

I can't say I enjoy the background music that's been added it's distracting at least to me

  • Loud af ads

I love this podcast and YouTube and absolutely love the low voice but listening to this to fall asleep and then the wayyyy to many ads that are at 100 volume are kinda disappointing! Totally understand the point of having them but can they be all at the beginning or maybe not at full volume! This was my go to nightly podcast but have had to find others cause it’s just to much! But absolutely appreciate the content especially for missing people!

  • Way too many ads. Not well researched.

So many ads. I’m listening to the 5-hour creepiest missing persons episode and the stories are all very short, but not a single one has been told all the way through without an add. It’s an ad literally every few minutes. And the ads are loud.

Also the people calling this podcast well researched must be insane. He doesn’t give anything you can find in a short news article. Not a single story goes beyond a brief overview.

  • Way too many adds

A shame cause I do like Steve and his material, but you can set your clock to every 6-7min there’s a loud startling add. In a 2-3hr compilation, every 6min having an add is outlandish- sadly lost a listener

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

TRUE Encounter with the Black Eyed Kids - Weird Strange Unexplained = What Are They?
Q: Would you ever want to encounter the Black Eyed Kids again?
He expresses mixed feelings: a desire to understand and be better prepared, but also a clear fear of a repeat experience and the lasting impact it would have on him.
TRUE Encounter with the Black Eyed Kids - Weird Strange Unexplained = What Are They?
Q: Black Eyed Kids, who or what are they?
Stockton frames the phenomenon as an intensely frightening experience with potential paranormal or otherworldly origins, emphasizing the unknown nature of the entities and the fear they provoke rather than definitive identification.
TRUE CRIME Connections: The Zodiac, D.B. Cooper, and the Yuba County Five
Q: And in regards to that case, who's your number one guy? Who do you think he was?
I think Ted Braden is the strongest candidate among the Vietnam-era operators tied to the Cooper case, given his background, parachuting prowess, and the consensus among some researchers and insiders.
The Strange Disappearance of Jesse Farber
Q: What makes you doubt the animal-coyotes explanation, and what signs would you expect to see if there had been an actual animal incident?
There would likely be physical or forensic evidence like ground disturbance, a clear struggle, or clothing remains; the absence of such signs, along with other inconsistencies, makes the animal-coyote scenario seem implausible to some observers.
The Strange Disappearance of Jesse Farber
Q: Can you walk us through the exact sequence of events as Jesse described them in that final phone call?
Jesse said he was in a tree behind the high school, that there were 10 to 11 coyotes chases him, that his phone was dying, and that he later moved to the mountain behind the elementary school before returning toward the high school, after which the line cut off.
