Hire a real narrator, it’s such a cop out that you’re taking user submitted stories and having an AI narrate them, it’s such low effort that it’s insulting honestly. Was a megafan of the eeriecast network, not I’m unfollowing every show that isn’t human narrated.

If the show decides to go on, the host must be transparent about having an AI voice clone on their description and in the intro of EVERY episode. I’m not thrilled about him using AI, even if it’s of his own voice. While I somewhat understand why he’s trying to, it came off as very shady and not transparent. You owe your listeners that, and unfortunately I’ve unsubscribed to keep my clean water ✌️

I used to really enjoy the podcast. Then, in the most recent episode, there was a new notice stating it was narrated by an AI voice clone. I’m so sick of this garbage infiltrating everything I used to like. Narrate your own podcast and stop killing the planet or just don’t bother making it at all.
