  • I've only done the first one so far, and while it was a little more intense then I expected for the first session, it was very relaxing. And it showed me just how far I have to go with meditation. While I think this one is more something I need to work up to it was a great example of what is in store. And I can tell these aren't going to be the listen once and more on to the next type of guided meditations.
