As a person, they have deepened my mindfulness practice. Each episode starts with the guest guiding a mindfulness practice. Helpful to hear how each practitioner approaches them differently. Keith and Tim guide the conversations so skillfully. They do a great job of summarizing and presenting info in a digestible way that ca... more
