A promising start to a song-by-song analysis of Genesis, loosely organized chronologically. I’m really enjoying the musical explanations which picks apart key items without getting too bogged down in the entire complexity of their prog era. I also appreciate putting the pieces in context of the band’s history as well as the culture that influenced their lyrics.
