Mayday Plays is such a great channel, and has great content. The horror of Doomed to Repeat. The spookiness of either Orpheus or Vampire the Masquerade. It's all here folks
I noped out at Delta Green:Doomed to Repeat episode 2 when the characters start gratiously murdering innocent people. This podcast totally misses the entire point of Delta Green and goes for 'murderhobo' vibes. Good production values though.
Iโve only listed to a bit of the doomed to repeat storyarc, but man these folks are on the ball. Each character is distinct. You know who is talking based on attitude alone. The story is interesting, but really itโs the players that make this come alive. All of them see to be experience TTRPG Roleplayers. Looking forward to taking you all with me on trips abroad!
Doomed to Repeat is an incredible Narrative Play podcast.
I could give a two hour lecture on the reasons I love this show, from the plot, to the audio editing, and everything in between
It's an incredible, chilling, heartwarming, and fun experience that I recommend to anyone who loves delta green and horror podcasts.
Mayday's oneshots are a delight to watch or listen to, and their other series like Orpheus are great and there's such a wide range of content there's something for everyone!
Probably the best production of any actual play podcasts (yes, even the big ones). Great character work, engaging stories. Incredibly worth a listen
