Just recently got connected with a friend that is a big time portrait photographer here in the states and he has started teaching me what he knows so I can work that into my photography. I recently stumbled upon this podcast and have been binge listening and love it so much I have ordered the book too. Some of the things I have struggled through you have mentioned struggling with too in the podcasts I have heard. I recommend this to anyone getting into photography or portrait work.
I’m loving this podcast. It’s like sitting in a bath of warm water in that the subject matter is gently flowing over you in a warm friendly soothing way. When I get to the end of the series I’m going to start again. ☺️
I listen to Pod casts while editing, I found Paul's pod casts real and interesting and not all sales'ee (if that's a word). So much so
today I have started from #1 the start. 😁
I love this podcast. I have been into photography for many years but more recently have decided to take portrait photography much more seriously in the hope that I may be able to shoot professionally one day. There are also some great tips on running a photography business from one of the best in the country. Paul has ... more
Paul your podcast ticks all the boxes for me.
You have stories, I love your stories, you have advice about kit, techniques and business.
You have great guests who have been up to their armpits in muck and bulllets and know what they are talking about either as photographers or business people from other sectors.
There is so much fun but when it is time to be serious you have that as well.
My dog walks have never been so enjoyable.
Keep doing what you are doing.
