Sound quality is terrible/difficult to hear, and it’s generally aikido-centric. They also say positive things about Steven Siegel which is nuts.
Maybe, but if your martial art only “works” when combined with others (typically found in MMA), cut out the middle-man. Like Rokas said “Why put a motor on a bicycle when you can just buy a motorcycle?”
First and foremost, this podcast gets some really interesting guests, but the whole idea of the podcast is much more than a talk-show. I have been following Rokas on YouTube for months now. He is a traditional martial artist who started to ask questions about the validity of his art. I can relate to him as I have had similar situations myself.
