  • Commercial inserts

I love the television show and the content of the podcast but am so irritated by the commercials which often are inserted mid sentence despite several breaks were the tv program would place commercials

  • Delete this podcast

BNN - if you have no intention of updating the episodes on a timely basis please just delete it. This is embarrassing for your organization. Update:April 19 so now they give us 1/4 of the show , wasn’t sure if could worse-it did. Maybe they can at least keep it current. Doubt it.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Richard Orrell's Market Outlook: Exchange-Traded Funds (June 12, 2026)
Q: What are your thoughts on SpaceX entering ETFs and how that might affect ETF flows?
SpaceX's entry is seen as a catalyst that could lift related ETFs as investor demand pushes shares higher, but there is still uncertainty about the duration and the degree to which ETFs will reflect the stock's volatility until broader adoption occurs.
Mike Vinokur's Market Outlook: North American Large Caps (June 8, 2026)
Q: Your long-term opinion on Amgen?
Amgen is well run and reasonably valued; however, due to biotech complexity and lack of a clear edge, they prefer owning through ETFs or similar exposure rather than a direct biotech bet, recommending a long-term hold if already owned but no strong case to add at the moment.
Mike Vinokur's Market Outlook: North American Large Caps (June 8, 2026)
Q: Would you take a new position today on IAC/Now People given the valuation and the MGM bid?
He indicated that at current valuations, there could still be upside due to cash, MGM stock, and other assets, but the decision would depend on broader bid outcomes and risk appetite; he would likely consider a new position if the bid outcome remained uncertain but the stock offered a margin of safety.
Mike Vinokur's Market Outlook: North American Large Caps (June 8, 2026)
Q: What would be the downside to holding ARK resources when they are required by Shell?
The guest suggested there may be limited downside if the deal progresses, with a possibility of collecting a few extra dividends until close, and that upside hinges on whether a better-than-expected outcome or a hostile bid emerges, but overall the position might simply “mark time” until the deal closes.
Brian Madden's Market Outlook: North American Equities (June 5, 2026)
Q: Ray from Pickering asks about Cisco Systems in the AI/data-center boom and whether to hold or take profits.
Cisco is viewed as not a favorite, but it benefits from AI-related capex; the recommendation is to trim or take partial profits when weights become outsized, to manage risk while staying invested.
