  • Must listen (from a white 🏃🏻‍♂️ guy)

Being a “typical” white guy in the running world can be uncomfortable and overwhelming at times learning and understanding how DEI affects my friends in my community. Love Carolyn and Stef’s approach on how some of these issues affect the running space and how we can all learn and grow from our experiences to be better humans. Highly recommend (even if you are a white guy) you add to your podcast rotation like I did 🏃🏻‍♂️🎧

  • Don’t miss this podcast!

This podcast truly fills a much needed (previously) empty space in the running media landscape. Stefanie and Carolyn have important conversations around what it’s like navigating the world, and specifically the sport of running, as two Asian American women. In just three episodes I’ve both laughed and cried. I’m already learning from their stories, struggles, triumphs, and all the nuances of their two very different journeys in running. Highly recommend!
