When younger people listen to this podcast like my child she finds it very hard to understand what a lot of these things mean and she doesn’t catch on to what they are talking about so I think it would be great if they could make some podcasts more kid like of course not to kiddish just so she can understand a bit better! Kimberly saved my life which 2 medical doctors, 2 emergency room doctors, 1 psychiatrist and 1 endocrinologist could not. Looking at the amygdala as an arousal response as opposed to the fight or flight response is incredibly powerful. Our bodies CAN turn that narrative completely on its head.
