    After listening to Making the Most of Your Mornings, I started waking up at 5 am, 5 times a week to work out. Let me tell you this would have NEVER happened without this podcast. I’ve been doing it for 3 months and I’ve already see major results. Who would have thought that a leadership podcast could get you in the best shape you’ve been in in years.
