Af en toe is het heel moelijk je niet te focussen op zowel negatieve als positieve gebeurtenissen en gedachten. Maar ik merk dat het zoveel rust geeft om het af en toe 'gewoon' los te laten!
Misschien denk je dat je eigenlijk niet zoveel doet, of 'gewoon' doet wat je vindt dat je moet of wilt doen. Maar onderschat jezelf eens niet! En ga eens na wat je allemaal 'gewoon' maar doet en hoe dat invloed kan hebben op jezelf en anderen.
Een nieuw jaar, met misschien wel nieuwe voornemens. Maar even hè... maak je niet te druk, doe waar jij je goed bij voelt en wat energie geeft in plaats van kost!
