非常感謝Lily詳盡的解說如何分段追奶，想要了解晚上追奶的時段大概是幾點到幾點，另外半夜的親餵是如何達到全親餵？我半夜親餵時好時壞，有時候不用補有時候要補，再加上半夜睡眠中斷，體力跟免疫力都下降很多，冬天已經開暖燈，仍然覺得露出來的部分很冷，後來改穿哺乳衣餵的時候有時候也是被衣服弄到很生氣，因為生物哺育法餵的比較好，所以半夜都還是得坐起來，把寶寶抱到身上，後面寶寶越來越重，搖籃式跟橄欖球式只有第一次成功，後面寶寶都不要，只接受生物哺育法
