I’m Ava Gardner’s great grand niece and namesake. Thank you for this beautiful podcast, it is so lovely and heartfelt. She was a lovely lady, it was nice to hear a positive story about Frank and Ava’s love. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about it!
Love the poetic narration on this podcast. Writing is superb!
This is a great podcast and the host does a wonderful job with storytelling! I love celebrity gossip - old and new and look forward to the different relationships that will be the center of focus to come.
I love a good classic Hollywood gossip story, but this podcaster’s slow, dramatic reading, coupled with the poor quality of her recording (she sounds like she is literally sitting in a closet) is sometimes too much, too close in my ears. She sounds like she wants to read you a story, but fumbles in the delivery. I would love it if the pace was picked up a bit (less affectation) and the audio cleaned up.
There’s no celebrity gossip like Old Hollywood celebrity gossip! Amber really knows her stuff - this podcast is so well-researched, full of interesting facts and descriptive imagery that you will immediately be drawn in.
