I cannot express my heartfelt thanks to Paul and his team for creating an amazing podcast. Lovefly has helped me start my journey in overcoming my fears around flying. This has meant opening door to travelling and seeing what the world has to offer without feeling ultimate dread, panic and heightened anxiety! The advice and guidance given, along with listening to other’s stories is helping me book a holiday, go on and plane and travel in a better state of mind!! For that I am truly grateful😊
All the episodes are so so so so great! They give you all the knowledge you need regarding aviation! Thank you Paul!

Paul Tizzard, the Lovefly podcasts and Facebook community have changed my life! From someone who was petrified on a short flight to Europe I am now looking forward to two major trips in the next 12 months. One to Mauritius via Dubai to celebrate a special anniversary, and the other in 2025 to Sydney via Singapore to visit my sister for the first time since she moved there 12 years ago. I remember crying when she emigrated and telling her I’d never be able to fly to Australia. Thanks to Lovefly t... more
I have been scared of flying for the past 20 years. I’ve kept travelling but with serious anxiety leading up to trips that takes all the fun out of travel. I was dreading my longhaul flight to go home to visit family and found this podcast to see if I could make it better. All of the different stories, technical information and techniques to help overcome this fear on the podcasts is amazing. I’m (almost) excited to get on a plane, knowing what I know now. Thank you!
