Paul Tizzard, the Lovefly podcasts and Facebook community have changed my life! From someone who was petrified on a short flight to Europe I am now looking forward to two major trips in the next 12 months. One to Mauritius via Dubai to celebrate a special anniversary, and the other in 2025 to Sydney via Singapore to visit my sister for the first time since she moved there 12 years ago. I have been scared of flying for the past 20 years. Iāve kept travelling but with serious anxiety leading up to trips that takes all the fun out of travel. I was dreading my longhaul flight to go home to visit family and found this podcast to see if I could make it better. All of the different stories, technical information and techniques to help overcome this fear on the podcasts is amazing. Iām (almost) excited to get on a plane, knowing what I know now. Thank you!
