So happy I found this podcast. Lost my brother after a brief cancer fight after my own breast cancer fight and I’m now left taking care of our ailing elderly mom alone. I’ve been living with this feeling for over a year and I’m really trying to gain control of my nervous system. This episode truly resonated.

I just found this podcast 6 months after losing my mom and in 24 hours I’m already 3 episodes in and can feel so much relief and comfort from what I’m learning! This is the #1 podcast I have found regarding grief!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Such a comforting and thoughtful podcast!

I have been listening to her podcast for about a year now, and it has meant so much to me. Tara speaks with such honesty and ... more
