  • Another shoe to drop

So happy I found this podcast. Lost my brother after a brief cancer fight after my own breast cancer fight and I’m now left taking care of our ailing elderly mom alone. I’ve been living with this feeling for over a year and I’m really trying to gain control of my nervous system. This episode truly resonated.

  • Maybe it’s just not for me.

Today is the 5th anniversary of my son’s death. This podcast randomly showed up in my feed. I chose an episode about the loss of a child and it started out with a lot of giggling. It felt immature. It wasn’t something a grieving heart could hold. Maybe other episodes are better.

  • Thank you! 🙏

I am so incredibly thankful for Tara and her podcast. Her willingness to share her heart after the grief and loss of her parents has been such a blessing to me.

I lost my mom a year ago, and my father passed just six months later. During that time, I was desperately searching for even one person who could truly understand the depth of my grief and pain—and I found Tara.

I have been listening to her podcast for about a year now, and it has meant so much to me. Tara speaks with such honesty and ... more

Q: How can someone begin to develop and trust their intuition during grief?
Start by getting out of the head and into the body, do a few deep breaths or a short movement, and then call in your guides out loud. Notice the physical sensations and the type of information that comes through, whether it's a mental image, a sensation, or a voice in your head, and practice distinguishing it from your own thoughts.
