I especially love the conceit of relating the mental struggles faced by elite athletes to the mental struggles we all face. Such a fantastic direction for SI to be going.
Loss of motor skills in musicians is also the yips. I am especially grateful for episode 5 and 6. Thank you for exploring other activities where focal dystonia/yips appears. There are many opinions on what musicians focal dystonia is and how to treat it. This discussion would also be interesting to athletes. Please continue to delve into this subject.
