I have been waiting for Pleasance to have a podcast, and I am SO excited that she does now! What I love most about what she shares here is the intersection of the practical and the inspirational. Unlike lots of self-care info, she does not leave you inspired without also telling you some concrete, doable steps for how to implement what she's sharing in your own life. This is doable, simple, relatable self-care -- all with Pleasance's heart and humor and wisdom. That's why I think it's the BEST!

Excellent, interesting conversations that inspire me to examine myself and my life and invite me to better align my time with what is important to me. I like that Pleasance doesn’t pretend that there is one answer for everyone; you just feel like she’s a step or two ahead with a lot of really interesting resources and questions that will help you figure out how to take care of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually.
