  • Sometimes good

I cant listen to an episode with Shukri… doesn’t pronounce any players or words correctly. Literally knows zero about most teams he is talking about and obviously doesn’t watch the games. Just a horrible listen when he is on … completely ruins the show. Nothing he says is insightful at all

  • Hit and Miss hosts

Most of the hosts are good, but any time I hear that mush mouth Shukri guy I skip the episode. I don’t know how you get a speaking job when you can’t enunciate.

  • Uneducated

I never leave reviews but I gave an episode a 20 minute listen and was met with 10-15 things that made me feel like the host does not know a thing about hockey, so out of touch

LESSONS: The Ottawa Senators look to find a way to move on and improve WITHOUT captain Brady Tkachuk
Q: What was the rationale behind the goaltending moves and roster depth additions?
The panel argues that goaltending was the main issue and that adding Ersson as a potential net positive backup, plus other depth pieces like Burakovsky and Blay, creates a balanced roster with room to grow rather than overpaying for immediate star power.
LESSONS: The Ottawa Senators look to find a way to move on and improve WITHOUT captain Brady Tkachuk
Q: Who should be the next captain for the Senators given Brady Tkachuk's departure?
Brandon Pillar suggests Claude Giroux as an interim captain due to experience and leadership, with a plan to slowly transition to Jake Sanderson as a future long-term captain.
PROGRESS?: Minnesota Wild Finally WIN a first round series and look to BUILD of that for this season
Q: How do you foresee the Wild fitting Blake Coleman and Olli Maatta into the lineup and what impact might that have on the team's depth and defense?
Coleman adds a scoring touch and physicality to a top-six role, while Maatta provides reliable, stay-at-home defense; together with existing pieces, they are expected to bolster depth and balance, allowing for more flexible line combinations and improved defensive reliability without sacrificing offense.
PROGRESS?: Minnesota Wild Finally WIN a first round series and look to BUILD of that for this season
Q: Seth, what do you think about the off-season moves and what the Wild are trying to establish in Minnesota?
The Wild are shifting toward a stronger scouting foundation, promoting Judd Brackett and bringing Dan McKinnon to oversee US scouting, signaling a deliberate move to develop internal talent and improve player identification; the goal is to complement the core by adding high-potential prospects while managing the cap and roster with more strategic planning.
AFTERMATH: Nathan MacKinnon’s Avalanche and Playoff FAILURE — Do They RECOVER This Year?
Q: What are your thoughts on the Avalanche's offseason moves and how they might shape the upcoming season?
The analyst notes that moves were measured—few major changes and a focus on keeping core pieces—while adding flexibility with players like Schwartz; the team is expected to be strong but not as dominant as the previous year.
