  • Great podcast, 1 ad has to go though

Appreciate Aaron’s takes here, I think he takes a realistic approach to this team. Any of the bad reviews you see will be fan boys drinking the Koo laid thinking each of the last 7 years we’re gonna be amazing. While I don’t agree with some of his opinions, I think he does approach this team’s success and failures with a pretty good eye. For the love of the lord though, please never again with the German accent, unless you learn how to say it in actual German.

  • Not real fans

First episode I listen to is them dragging the Falcons and saying we’ll come out of November 6-6. They don’t truly believe how good we are.

  • The Perfect Podcast for a Pessimistic Falcon

Aaron has the perfect amount of humor and criticism that makes being an everyday listener enjoyable, from his penix pumping agenda to his addition of “pause”-worthy moments. As a wary fan for 20 years he has an understandable amount of wary and trauma from being a Falcons fan. He’s always critical of the team and he’s also always right but he’ll never admit it cause he’s oh so humble ;). Def a must listen if you’re a Falcon fan!

  • Good podcast!

Been a while since I’ve left a review. Aaron’s not gonna be for every Falcons fan. If you looking for sunshine and roses, don’t listen to this podcast. If you looking for a knowledgeable person and real conversation when it comes to the Falcons, Aaron is your guy.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

WILD CARDS: UNPREDICTABLE Draft Looms For Atlanta Falcons With No First Round Pick
Q: Do the Falcons lean more towards best player available versus need?
The guest explains that while BPA is the core philosophy, there is always some consideration of need and positional value in the ranking process, meaning the approach is nuanced rather than a strict BPA rule.
IMPACT: Atlanta Falcons’ WIDE OPEN Draft Strategy Targets BEST Players at Multiple Positions
Q: Could Kyle Pitts be traded to gain more draft capital, and when might such a move make the most sense?
A bold prediction is that Pitts could be traded to acquire extra top picks, potentially after the draft when teams evaluate their roster needs, though it may be more logistically feasible post-draft depending on trade market and cap moves.
IMPACT: Atlanta Falcons’ WIDE OPEN Draft Strategy Targets BEST Players at Multiple Positions
Q: How does Kaleb McGary's retirement affect the Falcons' approach to the offensive line and their drafting priorities?
McGary's retirement shifts more emphasis toward developmental tackles and depth along the line, with a plan to potentially start a developmental tackle sooner and leverage veteran development under Bill Callahan to optimize the line across multiple seasons.
IMPACT: Atlanta Falcons’ WIDE OPEN Draft Strategy Targets BEST Players at Multiple Positions
Q: What is it for the Falcons to accomplish in this draft? Do they have a mission or goal, or is it wide open for this team as they head into the draft?
The goal is to add needle movers who lay the foundation for the new regime, focusing on positive value and versatility across positions, rather than chasing a single superstar. They want players who can contribute over multiple seasons and fit a developing roster strategy.
MISMATCHES: Atlanta Falcons STACK Draft Board With HUGE Wide Receivers & Corners | Where is VALUE?
Q: What is the strategy behind trading back, and could it yield meaningful value for the Falcons this year?
Trading back can increase total picks but may dilute immediate impact; the discussion suggests a thoughtful approach where future years' needs and the current roster dictate whether extra capital is worth sacrificing higher-probability upgrades.
