Thank you for the latest episode on the evolution of anxiety. It has helped to hear that it is a completely rational response to stress. It has helped me shift my thoughts - I am lucky to have anxiety. It’s keeping me safe, as long as I learn to manage it in the correct way. Welcome it when it’s needed and thank it then ignore it when it’s not. Great podcast, I’ve downloaded some of the previous ones to listen to next. Informative, great quests
Just discovered this - as a disabled person this is SO HELPFUL.
It’s great to hear a show that looks more at the origins of mental health problems rather than pretending to have quick fixes
I like its matter of fact approach, honesty, carefulness and variety.
I think it might be resonating with lots of people and helping reduce a sense of isolation amongst those who struggle ….
Really enjoying this, great philosophical conversations about mental health!
