优迈【作者简介】
刘若瑀，1980年代初为兰陵剧坊主要演员，接受心理学教授吴静吉博士指导，开启其对表演艺术热爱之门，当时的代表作为“荷珠新配”。曾主持“小小脸谱”。1984年毕业于美国纽约大学剧场艺术研究所，同年被波兰剧场大师葛托夫斯基选中，接受为期一年的专业训练，启发了她对生命本质的探寻之旅。并带起90年代前卫小剧场的溯源风潮，在剧场界颇具影响力。
1988年创立“优表演艺术剧团”（原“优剧场”），由民间祭祀仪式和民俗演绎的学习入手，以太极导引和身体能量的开发为训练基础。1993年，与黄志群合创“优人神鼓”，将击鼓、静坐与武术融入到创作中，开创剧团新的风貌。曾率团两度云脚中国台湾，远赴印度、中国西藏，以行者的脚步带领优人走上“道”“艺”合一之路。
