Masa Sensei's podcasts are the best for learning and practicing Japanese grammar. I highly recommend her YouTube videos as well. The only drawback is that verbs are always introduced in formal -masu form rather than dictionary form, but even this can be useful for practicing conjugation.

I started taking Japanese lessons a year ago and attend a weekly class using the みんなの日本語 textbook. Recently, I discovered this podcast by chance, and it's amazing! I listen to it every day, twice a day while walking my dogs to review what I’ve learned. Masa’s teaching structure is similar to the syllabus of みんなの日本語.
