  • So Boring

I like Kelly’s other podcast, so thought I may like this one. But I was wrong. This podcast is so mind mind-numbingly boring. It feels like it has no purpose or direction.

  • Smiles for Miles

JK and Kelly do a great job keeping the conversation entertaining while they provide information surrounding fitness. Kelly’s giggles and JK’s sense of humor make me smile and help the time pass when out for a run. Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness and are great at communicating it in a way the general public can follow. This is a podcast I’ll keep in my queue!

  • Super Fun and Informational!

I love listening to Kelly and JK! As a runner, JK brings the non-runner perspective and reality check us runners need. Kelly and JK’s episodes make you feel like you are another friend at the table. I enjoy each episode and get good information on lifting, running, and living. Pumpkin is another favorite member of the podcast. I love his surprise guest appearances.
