This show has taught me so much and further connected me to the art of producing. Truly inspiring. It goes to show that an incredible producer created this on-going web of stories that will usher us into a new era of how we collectively tell stories in film together.
I am such a big fan of this show!
After recently coming back from an 8 year hiatus from acting I had no idea where to start with getting information about what was current in the entertainment industry.
When I came across Carolina's Podcast I immediately felt like I was back "in the mix.”

You’re either creative or not. Your skin color and gender play no part in it.
The SECOND this show went into DIE (not DEI) they lost a respect and credibility. The episodes that deal with pure producing and not DIE are great, which is why you I still gave two stars. But belief in inclusion and DIE removes all evidence of intelligence.
DIE is what’s killing the industry. Hire people based on their ability to create. Stay away from the hidden sexist and racist agenda that is DIE.
Carolina does such a beautiful job at bringing out truthful and meaningful stories from her guests. I appreciate how she can balance the realness of this tough profession with the joy of why we love being storytellers. Even if you aren’t in “the industry” - the guests and topics are accessible to anyone who passionately pursues a vigorous career.
