  • Waste of time

Just wasted 7 minutes of my life listening to a podcast which is just a sales pitch for the book. Nothing else.

  • Just a constant sales pitch

I was recommended this podcast by a colleague, and had high hopes for it as it’s the kind of podcast I really enjoy. However, after listening to 4 or 5 episodes (particularly the latest ones) sadly 90% of each episode seems to be a sales pitch for his book, which isn’t even available in the UK.

The Money Habits That Separate Broke People from Wealthy Ones | Mike Michalowicz
Q: What does a morning look like for you when implementing these habits?
530 wake-up, gym, sauna, 45 minutes of guitar practice, breakfast, and then to work; importantly, no phone checking first thing to preserve focus and energy for the day.
The Money Habits That Separate Broke People from Wealthy Ones | Mike Michalowicz
Q: Could you walk us through the exact system someone should implement this week for money structure?
Start with understanding why we behave this way (patterns from foraging theory) and then set up a multi-account structure (income, needs, essentials, wants, dreams, future, emergencies). Initially do manual transfers to experience the dopamine hit of reserving money, then automate when ready to sustain discipline.
How to Release the Beliefs Holding You Back with Tim Shurr
Q: What do you do and why do you do it?
Tim explains that he approaches clients as a mind architect who probes beneath surface thoughts to uncover core beliefs and the unconscious drivers of behavior, using regression and belief-upgrade techniques to create rapid, sustainable change.
Tom Le Noble on High Performance When Life Gets Hard
Q: What is one habit you would encourage high performers to start, stop, or strengthen as they step into 2026?
Tom encourages developing a year-end process that involves releasing the past year and setting intentions for the new year.
Tom Le Noble on High Performance When Life Gets Hard
Q: What habits helped you achieve success?
Tom discusses the importance of resilience, taking risks, and the habit of living fully in the present despite adversity.
