    I’ve been practicing miracle morning for almost 3 years now, however lately I’ve been struggling with keeping up with everything. As English is not my mother tongue I would like to voice a wish: could you please make a sound check with the other podcast participants?     The most recent episode on the science of visualisation etc was great. It was very subtle and included nuances and wording that are very helpful, eg growth mindset. I have collected ampersands as a symbol of growth mindset, we’re all included, there’s no lack. I don’t usually talk about this. Because Hal has been through a lot of adversity, especially with health, it gives his wisdom, a depth and compassion and the pods move toward psycho- spirituality, rather than just being self improvement. ... more
