Der Podcast hilft sehr, den Blick mehr und mehr in die Eigenwahrnehmung zu bekommen, zu akzeptieren, wie es uns wirklich geht. Er erklärt die Dynamiken und ermutigt, sich auch den wenig konstruktiven Eigenanteil einzugestehen, dadurch entsteht ein neuer Raum für Veränderung, Schritt für Schritt. Ich freu mich auf jede neue Folge mit dieser sehr bewussten jungen Frau.

Ich bin so dankbar für Jils Arbeit! Durch sie begreife ich, was Co-Abhängigkeit ist und dass es viel mit einem selbst zu tun hat. Sie erklärt das Thema ganz klar und anschaulich, ist ehrlich und authentisch. Und unglaublich sympathisch, feinfühlig und inspirierend. Mir sind bei einigen Folgen immer wieder Tränen gekommen, da sie bei mir einen wunden Punkt getroffen hat … schmerzhaft und gleichzeitig so heilsam. DANKE 🙏🏻
