前回に引き続き、食物繊維たっぷりの食材・もち麦や押麦、雑穀などのお話を穀物を扱う食品メーカー・はくばくの広報・手塚さんとお送りします！最近、コンビニでももち麦を使ったおにぎりが増えていますが、ほかにもあの人気チェーン店で使われているもち麦・押麦の話から、浜内先生オススメの意外な使い方、相性のよい料理のお話もありますよ〜2人のお話を聞くと、早速食事にもち麦・押麦や雑穀を取り入れたくなること間違いなしです♪

私も投稿者さんと同じように、自己流の豚汁にはイマイチだなぁと感じつつ、何も疑いもなく作っていました。
浜内先生のお教え通り作ってみたところ、同じ材料なのか！と驚くほど美味しい豚汁になりました。
コクがあるのに豚肉も下茹でするせいかサッパリしていて、旨みが十二分に感じられました。
本当においしいので、リスナーの方にも是非作って感動を共有していただきたいです。
