食欲の秋ですが、みなさん体調を崩されていないでしょうか？
今回は、ご飯がすすむ、醤油味の和食味付けについて、ちょっとしたコツをご案内します。
和食は醤油をベースに、みりんやお砂糖を使って味を調えますが、鍋にジャーっとそのまま一回し、二回ししていくだけだと、いつまでの味のバランスが取れずに、塩分ばかりが増えていくことに。。。
美味しい和食の味付けのバランスのヒントをお伝えしていますので、ぜひお聴きください。
今週は、電子レンジで作るカスタードクリームをご紹介します。冷たくしてフルーツと、これからの季節にトースターで焼いてホットカスタードにも出来る卵と牛乳の優しいうまみと柔らかい甘さのカスタードクリームです。
カスタードクリームの材料
（作りやすい量）
卵 1個
牛乳 200ml
砂糖 大さじ3 （30gほど）
小麦粉 大さじ2（20gほど）
塩 少々
電子レンジは、600W。
2分⇨混ぜて1分⇨混ぜて30秒〜1分と様子をみながら作ってみてください。

私も投稿者さんと同じように、自己流の豚汁にはイマイチだなぁと感じつつ、何も疑いもなく作っていました。
浜内先生のお教え通り作ってみたところ、同じ材料なのか！と驚くほど美味しい豚汁になりました。
コクがあるのに豚肉も下茹でするせいかサッパリしていて、旨みが十二分に感じられました。
本当においしいので、リスナーの方にも是非作って感動を共有していただきたいです。
