私も投稿者さんと同じように、自己流の豚汁にはイマイチだなぁと感じつつ、何も疑いもなく作っていました。
浜内先生のお教え通り作ってみたところ、同じ材料なのか！と驚くほど美味しい豚汁になりました。
コクがあるのに豚肉も下茹でするせいかサッパリしていて、旨みが十二分に感じられました。
本当においしいので、リスナーの方にも是非作って感動を共有していただきたいです。
