My family and I are relocating to Gainesville and a friend recommended this podcast. I’m so glad that I listened to it because not only did I learn about the Gainesville area, which I knew little about and was pleasantly surprised to find out, but it also had awesome info about buying in Alachua County. I also learned a lot about the different types of loans, which was super useful. I’m looking forward to moving now, which I couldn’t say before listening to the podcast!
Really good information in every part of this podcast. I would recommend any new or seasoned homebuyer or seller to listen!
