Listening to this podcast (#25) was a massive wake up call for me!
Firstly to appreciate the impact of constantly being in fight or flight mode and how this affects functions in our body. Secondly that I wasn’t reaping the full benefits of other health changes I was trying to implement.
It was reassuring to hear that it is possible to heal properly and unravel the impacts of stress and Chelsea shares some initial specific techniques to make this happen.

I stumbled upon Chelsea on Instagram because I absolutely loved her posts & even more - her energy. This podcast has been getting me through a lot, especially her gut heath episode. I’ve struggled with gut issues for years because of birth control & antibiotics and her little tips on gut health have been a great starting point for me. Her passion is evident & she is just such a genuine soul. A must listen!!!
