These two are fantastic. The podcast is excellent intelligent banter between the kind of people I’d want in my circle of friends. When the world is blunting my edge I listen to this and feel better immediately. They are respectful, professional, and hilarious. I love the way Christian loves Racky and is constantly looking for opportunities to reinforce our collective view that she’s amazing. I wish they would move to Tassie or at least visit some time.
Found Laura on TikTok and ventured here. I thoroughly enjoy every episode! I followed initially for the professional content as a new manager in the Canadian healthcare system but even when you move onto topics other than career-related, I’m fully invested. Keep it coming!! I’d love some “new manager” chats too, with tips for those leading teams (in unionized environments) including giving feedback, hard conversations, big changes, how to boost morale etc. BRAVO!
