As a PG Alumni I was excited about this podcast, but it gets on my nerves how Raman constantly interrupts guests.
In the David Taylor and AG Lafley show, he interrupted/talked over/interjected 18 times. We want to listen these incredibly smart individuals, please let them finish their train of thought.
Constructive feedback for Raman - please download to the CMO podcast and learn from Jim Stengel the art of interviewing (listen more, interrupt less).

Great to hear prior colleagues and leaders share their words of wisdom and personal stories. It IS like having a cup of coffee with so many wise and great people!
Pepper and Polman exceptional. Enjoyed hearing the stories of other successful leaders too.
Great job bringing in a breath of alumni with such varied experiences. Feel a stronger connection to the Company with each episode. Very inspirational, but an easier listen than many of my “heavier” podcasts lately! Thanks!
I’ve listened to all four episodes so far and love the podcast so far.
