  • Great for Learning Phrases

I’ve been trying by to learn Cantonese on and off. It’s really difficult for me to stay consistent so this is great for refreshing my knowledge and on-the-road learning.

  • Perfect for child of Cantonese parents

My parents speak Cantonese at home but I always respond in English and never formally learned. There are huge gaps in my Cantonese knowledge and it’s a difficult language to find lessons for. This podcast is perfect! I’m so happy to deepdive through the archives.

  • Easy pace for digest

My American boyfriend has been wanting to learn Cantonese (mostly how to speak) so that he can talk to my family. His main complaint was that most people speak it too fast for him to follow. The slow pace of this is good because it isn’t too much information and there’s no pressure. more

  • Brilliant!!!

As a half Chinese, half English man living in the UK I have always struggled to speak to my mum in Cantonese as fluently as I would like. This podcast has helped me immensely in reconnecting with her again. Thank you!
