Matt talks a lot with his guests about digging in and finding opportunities for authenticity. My observation is that Leading Voices has been an ideal platform for Matt to dig in authentically....he is a talented interviewer...which makes sense given his job as a recruiter. I was so happy to find this one, as it explores the “local legends” of our business across different product types.
